Coronavirus isn’t only taking its toll on a few people, but on festivals as well! This epidemic has been all over the media as of lately, with many organizations being forced and/or deciding together with government officials to cancel (or, at least, indefinitely postpone) festivals.
Ultra is one of those festivals that have been cancelled and the one getting most attention as of now given its renowned brand. The lineup had, as usual, all the huge names in the industry, and many fans took it to socials to voice their concerns on this cancellation, given many already had accommodation and flights booked.
Tomorrowland Winter has been cancelled as well, with the organization issuing an official statement on their website earlier today. This was a decision of the French government, and the organization has let people know that the ski area will remain open and that ticket holders will be contacted in due course.
Another festival being hit with the shutdowns is Don’t Let Daddy Know. Fortunately, the event taking place in Amsterdam on the 6th of March only suffered a partial shutdown, reducing their operation to only one stage that will gather the best from House and Big Room, up to the harder styles.
On the flipside, there are fortunately many events in the near future that have not announced any cancellation of any kind, such as Rampage, and Reverze!
