Hardwell launched a new label called Gemstone Records. The dutch DJ/Producer made the announcement on his Team Hardwell official Facebook group. This isn’t the first label Hardwell has owned, as he was responsible for the establishment of Revealed Recordings back in April 2010.

Since its humble inception, Revealed Recordings has become a landmark in the dance music world, being responsible for the rise of artists like DyroBlasterjaxx and Dannic; as well as releasing absolute classics such as Hardwell’s “Apollo” feat. Amba Shepard, “Never Say Goodbye” feat. Dyro and “Call Me A Spaceman” feat. Mitch Crown. Now, 8 years later, a new journey begins in the form of Gemstone Records.

The brand new sub-label of Revealed Recordings aims to release more pop-oriented music, thus pursuing a new type of sound that Revealed Recordings doesn’t quite offer.

Despite being a fairly new project, Gemstone Records has already released a new single by Rich Edwards entitled “Ego”. The track features powerful vocals, courtesy of vocalist Victoria Voss, as well as a soothing drop, with smooth synths and samples. With tracks like these, the future sure looks bright for Gemstone Records.
