Tiësto is back at the spotlight in which concerns to controversial statements. The dutch legend, just a few weeks after saying that dance music was “too pop”, gave a little pinch to the DJ Mag ranking by complementing Billboard’s new top 100, announced this week by the music company.
The iconic DJ and Producer, on Twitter, said that the new Billboard Dance 100 is a “real” thing, and that it is going to be “something credible”. This seems like a perfectly normal statement, but you can denote a negative opinion about the DJ Mag Ranking in it, and it gets worse knowing that Tiësto was elected 3 times as number 1 in it.
However, dance music fans know what he wanted to say, and are aware that DJ Mag’s top 100 can be very doubtful sometimes.
