Steve Angello and BBC Radio 1 just announced a huge Residency mix for the upcoming episode, this Thursday (17-11-16).

Swedish legend and former member of the Swedish House Mafia had been a resident at BBC Radio 1 since the start of the year, as he returned for a second season, Steve uses his monthly show as an opportunity to share his favorite music in that moment, throwback to his favorites, promote future Size Records releases and use this as an opportunity to promote new talent.

Promoting new talent will be the main focus for this week’s episode, Steve Angello announced 3 guest mixes from the talented CID, Corey James and Still Young.

CID is a producer from Queens, New York. CID started to produce at the age of eleven, most of his production are Progressive house and Future House, CID has production with legend Kaskade and support from Cedric Gervais, Steve Angello, Don Diablo, Sharam and has released on labels such as Protocol, Spinnin, Size X and others.

Still Young are the most mysterious out of the 3 guests, little is known about this act apart from the fact that they are a duo – Brothers in fact – from Canada. Still Young gained recognition from the astonishing progressive house tracks that they have produced, “Midninght” brought them to the world’s attention, followed by collaborations with Simon de Jano & Madwill “Temptation”, Kryder “Feels Like Summer”, most recently “Follow Me” with Steve Angello and original track “Fallen Sky” which came out as part of the Finally EP.

Corey James is from Liverpool, England. Being the youngest DJ/Producer of the lot, despite his age Corey already counts with a vast array of releases, such as the remix of “Tonight” in collaboration with Will K, original track “Malanti”,  “Another Storm”, “Collage”, “Let me see you” and many others, the tracks were released on Size Records, Avant/Garde, Release Records, Protocol and Fonk Records respectively.
