1. Guidelines

Items purchased directly from widefuture.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of arrival for a full refund for the cost of the item. The items package must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage. The total amount refunded will be credited to your credit card that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling) once the package arrives at our facility.

Items that are ineligible for a refund:

  • Returned after 30 days from day of arrival
  • Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
  • Items sold in Mystery Packs or Clearance Section
  • e-Gift Cards
  • Tickets

Please be aware that if your item is ineligible for a refund, we can either treat it as abandoned, or you can request for it to be shipped back at your own expense.

Email us at returns@widefuture.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item to be returned/exchange
  • Reasoning for requesting a return/exchange

Please allow 24-48 hours for your return/exchange to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved.

Refunds for items that are returned without contacting Customer Service prior to shipment will only be given in form of store credit. Also, please ensure that you send out your package within 5 business days following confirmation that the item of your choice is available for Exchange. Any shipments sent after 5 business days will forfeit their reservation for an exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the volume of our inventory, we cannot hold an item off of online inventory for more than 5 business days.

  1. Bracelets Replacement Policy

Wide Future bracelets are eligible for a one-time replacement (same model and/or artist, unless out of stock or discontinued). Our bracelet replacement policy has changed so please read the following information carefully.

  1. Bracelets that fall under one or more of the following scenarios and have been in the possession of the customer for less than 21 days will be replaced and shipped out with no questions asked upon photo verification:
  • Defective bracelet upon arrival
  • Tarnishing/Discoloring of the metal clasp
  • Receiving incorrect bracelet
  • Overstretching of bracelet material

Please e-mail a photo of your bracelet to returns@widefuture.com and provide us with your full name & shipping address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your replacement is shipped out!

  1. Merchasing that experience natural wear & tear (discoloration/tarnishing, bracelet material stretching, back plate falling off, etc.) and have been in the possession of the customer for over 21 days will be replaced once we receive the worn out bracelet in our office. Customers are responsible for providing postage and sending the product back.

Please make sure that the package is secured & return address is written on the package with your order number so that we know where to send the replacements! We will not provide exchanges for bracelets that are sent in plain envelopes and/or get lost in transit.

  1. How to ship back to us

Return shipment guidelines:

  • Please make sure your proof of purchase is placed inside the returned package, along with your name and order number
  • Please write either ‘Wide Future Exchange’ or ‘Wide Future Returns’ on the package so we can easily identify the package
  • Please write your order number on the package/label
  • For exchanges, please note what size you are looking to exchange the current product for, along with all the other requirements listed above
  • Exchanges that are not sent within the time frame of 5 business days after contacting Customer Service will not guarantee that item will be available
  • Wide Future is not responsible for losses incurred during shipping. Make sure your shipment can be tracked!
