After announcing Butch, the eXperience organization has revealed in recent days the artists who will accompany the German on August 18 between 17 and 23 hours at the Exterior Amphitheater of Leixões Cruise Terminal: Hot Since 82 and Caleb Calloway.

Born in Leeds and (curiously) born in 1981, Daley Padley (who takes the alias Hot Since 82 since 2012) is one of the biggest names in international tech house, with works in such publishers as Get Physical, Noir Music, Suara or his own Knee Deep In Sound – where he released his latest productions, You Are The Light (2019) and Bloodlines (2018). He is a regular presence at festivals like Kappa Futur Festival, Circoloco, Creamfields, among others. Broadly speaking, his beats are quite summery, never abandoning the beat deep, his brand image. He is fond of adding vocals and claps to his tracks and, sometimes, more underground chords.

Caleb Calloway, on the other hand, is a more recent success story. Calloway’s quick ascension has been powered by his relationship with Techno and House legend Loco Dice. After opening for Dice in Puerto Rico in 2014 he was offered to take support role on LD’s international tour and a residency at the new party Hyte at the legendary Amnesia Ibiza. During the last two years Calloway has played at some of the most important clubs and festivals in the world: The BPM Festival, We Are Fstvl, Cocorico, Detroit Movement Getaway, Mint Festival, Aquasella Festival, Fabric London, and the powerhouse Italian party Social Music City. We can say that his style is very similar to that of Hot Since 82: loyal to house and tech house, he has perhaps more festive, fun and relaxed chords, not embarking so regularly on an underground record. To remember that the Puerto Rican will play this Saturday at Rebels Sunset at Gula do Meco, along with Dub Tiger, Paulo Moreno, Rod B., Dexx and Paulo Trindade.

With the complete poster, the organization also announced the order and schedule of the sets. Caleb Calloway will be the first to play, between 17 and 19, followed by Butch from 19 to 21, and the closing will be in charge of Hot Since 82, until 23. Tickets are available at Ticketline and Festicket.
