Q-Dance officially unveiled what’s upcoming to replace the legendary Q-Base festival that saw its final edition last year. Impaqt will take its place, and it will have big shoes to fill!
Q-Base was one of the best harder styles festival there was. It ran annually for 15 years on Airport Weeze, in Germany, an iconic venue made up of an abandoned air-force base. It was where many people and artists fell in love with the harder styles of dance music for the first time, and home to a very eclectic selection of dance music, with many stages with different genres that accompanied the general tastes of ravers throughout the years. Q-Base saw a bit of everything: Hardstyle, Hardcore, Jumpstyle, Crossbreed, Trance, Techno and Subground, just to name a few. The event is well known for the legendary Lost In Dreams anthem that was reimagined several times by different artists remixing it throughout the years.
Q-Dance already announced a few details of the event: it will take place on the 7th of September and that tickets and travel & stay packages will be available on May 25th 13:00 (CEST). Tickets start at 55€ and it will run from 2pm to 2am (including day and night time, something Q-Base was known for) and it will have a total of 6 stages. They also disclosed something new named “The Titan Showcase”, which will be “a brand-new show experience” that will “culminate into a live performance of a leading act” and will allow early access to the festival for “Titan” ticket holders… Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming news about all this!
