Porter Robinson announced earlier this month, on the March 4th, through his social media, that he was launching a new music festival in co-presentation with Goldenvoice.
Since then, Porter Robinson confirmed an artist or group which will be performing at the festival a day. The line-up of Second Sky Music Festival includes Kero Kero Bonito, Anamanaguchi, G Jones, Nina Las Vegas, Chrome Sparks, Cashmere Cat, Wednesday Campanella, Porter Robinson himself – playing the only Worlds live set of 2019 – and, also, the much expected Madeon, who was confirmed yesterday.
Porter Robinson is a 26 year old American DJ and Producer, who has various top-charting songs, such as “Shelter”, with the already mentioned Madeon, “Language” or “Easy” with Mat Zo.
The event now named Second Sky Music Festival was, firstly, called Multiverse Music Festival, but had to change its name, once there was another festival with a similar name – “Multivrs is Illuminated”.
Second Sky Music Festival will take place on the June 15th at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park, in Oakland, California.
The tickets pre-sale started today – March 13th – at 10:00 AM PST.
UPDATE: Due to the high demand, Porter Robinson announced that the Second Sky Music Festival will have 2 days instead of one, with the same line up – except G Jones, who isn’t available.
