Dillon Francis and TV Noise tell us what time it is, with new single “EDM O’CLOCK”, released on Martin Garrix’s STMPD Records.
That’s right folks, everyone’s favorite funny man is back with another single. The American DJ/Producer has been on the spotlight for a few years now, since his first claim to fame back in 2010. Since then, he has released not one but two studio albums – Money Sucks, Friends Rule in 2014 and Wut Wut in 2018 (new album in 2022 maybe?) – sold out shows everywhere and performed on every major festival you can think of. Besides his music, the dance music world cherishes Dillon’s “funny bone” in his role as EDM’s favorite buffoon.
On the opposite corner of the ring, TV Noise have has their rise as well. Since first starting back in 2010 with no knowledge of how to produce or even DJ, to being the masterminds behind “Think” feat Jessame, “Solid” – a collaboration with fellow dutchie Dannic and “808”, the Utrecht-born duo has justified all the attention brought upon them. Most recently, they’re regulars at Martin Garrix’s STMPD Records, which is exactly where they release their latest effort with Dillon-san.
EDM O’Clock is a bass heavy track. It starts out with a vocal saying “I wanna hear some music” and some background synths, before transitioning to the drop which features nothing but good vibes. In the breakdown, we can hear some ad-libs, and even what seems like Dillon’s sampled voice. The second drop ensues, with a much heavier and hard-hitting trap kick. A stellar track for the boys, which you can check out in the link down below!
