Australian producer Synthsoldier has been announced by Dirty Workz as the latest reinforcement for their Update imprint.

His first release, called Futura, is out today, and has had really good reception from the fans online, with many people highlighting the synthwave influences and the 80’s inspired melody, which are elements not commonly found in Hardstyle productions.

Synthsoldier is still quite an unknown name in the genre, despite being talented. Producers from down under usually go under the radar most of the time and this was no exception. He had a breakthrough after collaborating with Frontliner back in 2014 for the Q-Dance Presents Frontliner EP. He’s since had the opportunity to be booked a few times for Defqon.1 Australia and made his way onto the airwaves by hosting the Down Underground and the Defqon.1 Australia Radioshows. In 2016 he founded and started managing his own record label, VNTG Records, which featured a lot of Australian artists, but that didn’t really took off into the mainstream. He’s since collaborated with Fanatics on Dirty Workz last year, and is now officially part of their family.

This is a big move for the artist. So far we’ve seen similar moves, which resulted really well for the artists and allowed them access to bigger festivals and bigger stages, earning them a considerable growth in their fanbases. We certainly hope this move will have a similar result in Synthsoldier’s career!
