As usual, the passes for Coachella, one of the biggest festivals in the world, sold out shortly after being available.
The passes went on sale last Friday and about 40 minutes later the passes for the first weekend – April 12 to 14 – sold out. After 6 hours, the remaining passes for the second weekend were sold out as well. However, according to Billboard, it took 3 more hours than the previous editions of 2017 and 2018 did.
Coachella’s lineup for 2019 was announced on January 3rd having Childish Gambino, Tame Impala and Ariana Grande as headliners. Some of other artists who will be performing as well at the festival in April are DJ Snake, Diplo, Zedd and Dillon Francis.
