It was on October 27th that happened the last edition of this year’s Brunch Electronik. This edition was special because it was the celebration of Halloween, and was inspired by the famous series Stranger Things, adopting the name “Bruncher Things”.
This was the second edition of the event, since last year was the debut of this new concept. The night’s soundtrack was in charge of some of the biggest names in underground house and techno.
This edition, which happened at the LX Factory, had two rooms: The Brunch Electronik Lisbon and the Bloop Recordings & Neopop Electronic Music Festival, which represents the partnership that had already happened in the previous edition.
In the main room the night began at 22h30 with Frank Maurel, and the space was getting full, preparing the stage for Art Department. He was followed by Matador and to close the night in big, Paul Ritch. In the space Bloop & Neopop the night started earlier, at 22h with the performance of Cruz, followed by one of the great moments of the night in the b2b between Cardia and Kokeshi. Magazino was the third to act in this room that was filling the eyes and James Ruskin finished the night in the best way.
As in the previous edition, it was possible to witness a pleasant atmosphere, quite common in techno parties, where the good mood reigned. Throughout the space were present game machines to entertain all the persons that were present. As in the editions of Brunch Electronik, it was possible to understand that the organization cares about the presents and always tries to have the best conditions.
The most surprising of the evening was the excellent adherence by the audience to the concept of masks, since it was very difficult to find someone who was not properly characterized according to the occasion.
