The Esposende’s nightclub released the first names for its New Year’s Eve party, from which the Catalan Paco Osuna, one of the Spanish techno ambassadors in the world, stands out. After playing at The BPM Festival on September 20 and already having numerous visits to Portugal – Gare Porto, Ministerium Club, Lux Frágil and Pacha –, the producer with more than 20 years of carrer, resident at Amnesia Ibiza, hopes to contribute to a great entry in 2019.

Born in Barcelona, Paco made his debut in 1995, at the age of 21, at the ACTV Club in Valencia. From 2001, after years of preference for house music, he began his ride on the techno scene. This decision turned out to be right for his popularity. In 2006, he founded Mindshake, a platform for the creation and distribution of electronic music, which is now one of the most prestigious labels in Europe. Still in 2006 he founded, with Marco Carola, Adam Beyer and Christian Smith, the Club4, which started as a thematic party and is today a nightclub located in Barcelona, and considered a temple for techno fans. Osuna is as well a regular presence at internationally renowned festivals like Awakenings, ADE, Neopop or Tomorrowland.

He is characterized by a very relaxed and soft musical style, and it’s clearly noticing Latin influences in his sets. He considers himself as a fan of creativity and imagination and is able to harmoniously combine festive and obscure sounds, as well as a style that at the same time sounds minimal and sophisticated.

Tickets are now on sale.
