The Chilean-born German Ricardo Villalobos will release a new EP, titled “Silent“, next November. That’s the first solo work this year for the ambient and minimal techno expert.
The announcement was made on the official Facebook page of the DJ and producer, in a short message, “silent and out soon”, along with a photo that indicates the label where the production will come (Pressure Traxx).
According to Juno, an important London-based dance music company (from tracks, albums, news, reviews to mixing equipment), the EP will include two tracks, “Wispa” and “909 Track”.
After a remix of about half an hour in collaboration with Tony Allen, in commemoration of the 10 years of the Dutch record label Dekmantel, called “Dekmantel 10 Years 10.1” (in the link below), here’s Silent, on November 19.
