Yesterday, dutch DJ/Producer Adaro dropped part 1 of his “The Otherside EP”.
Thijs Ploegmakers, better known as Adaro, has been a part of the hardstyle/rawstyle scene for a long time. His knowledge of music and never-ending energy are just some of the reasons why Adaro’s fanbase has grown over the years. He first began producing other genres of dance music, but his attention shifted after working with Ran-D, which eventually climaxed in their first release on A2 Records called “My Name is Hardstyle” back in 2009. Adaro’s true calling had been found.
Since then, he released several tracks as his popularity rose. Tracks like “The Sky is The Limit”, and his remix of Marco V’s “Godd” are just a few of a long list of releases. In 2015, Adaro, Ran-D, B-Front and Frequencerz founded one of rawstyle’s most iconic labels: Roughstate. He is also ½ of hardstyle/rawstyle act Gunz for Hire. Together with Ran-D, they have perfomed on the biggest stages like Qlimax, Defqon and, most recently, Tomorrowland.
Now, Adaro returns to Roughstate with his signature sound. Featuring 4 tracks, this EP is sure to ignite a fire in you. With epic synths and melodies, as well as the hardest hitting drops in the game, you definitely need to give his EP a listen. “Flame Up High” has been on repeat on my personal playlist!
