The Prodigy, one of the most influential acts in the electronic music scene, are back, releasing this past thursday their new single “Need Some1”.

The british trio, composed by Keith Flint, Liam Howlett and Maxim Reality are undeniable a giant mark for the industry as we know it today, being one of the responsible for the genre big beat. Now, and after three year from “The Day is My Enemy” The Prodigy are back with a bang in a single full of the distinct sound that made them a huge sensation back in the 1990s.

Premiered in Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 Show the new track will feature in their new album “No Tourists”, set out to release in November 2 as we previously announced.

In a statement release by the band the new album is:

“Ultimately about escapism and the want and need to be derailed. Don’t be a tourist—there is always more danger and excitement to be found if you stray from the set path”.

For now, check out their music video for “Need Some1” directed by Paco Raterta and fly back a few years while looking forward for the band return.
