The festival of arts and entertainment, Nova Batida – or The New Beat as it hosts party people of all nationalities – revealed the first wave of artists that will be present between 14 and 16 September in Lisbon.

The LX Factory and Village Underground are the two “tutors” of the festival that become more unforgettable given the magic and authenticity of the spaces.

The Mount Kimbie duo, responsible for the success Blue Train Lines or Made to Stray, was one of the first options of the Lisbon team. Also the English pair Maribou State along with Max Cooper and also the Londoner George Fitzgerald, will guarantee the fun. MNDSGN direct from the US to the Portuguese capital and Gilles Peterson with shorter trip. The drum’n’bass will rock the dancefloor with DJ Marky; yet Anchorsong and the African rhythm with DJ Marfox. Connie Costance, Yazmin Lacey and Rita Maia are the women who will come onstage on the weekend of September 14 and 16.
