RFM Somnii is about to begin, and as usual, the organization hopes this year’s edition will live up to its motto and be The Biggest Sunset Ever.
With Armin van Buuren, Blasterjaxx and Tiësto headlining the lineup for this weekend, many other names will join them to make these 3-day festival the best of your summer.

To help you, we’ve decided to choose 5 artists that, in our opinion, you can’t miss:

Armin van Buuren

Seen as a legend in the world of electronic music, especially in Trance, the Dutch DJ and producer returns to Portugal. The last time he did it was at the Albufeira Marina in 2014.

This time Armin steps on an even bigger stage and there are rumors that say that he is preparing a special performance that, in addition to the magnificent light show that has already accustomed the fans, will also have the presence of several singers on stage.

Brennan Heart

Representing Hardstyle at this year’s edition is the Dutch DJ and producer Fabian Bohn – the true name of Brennan Heart.

Before settling in the Hardstyle world, Brennan experimented with various styles such as Techno, Hardtrance and Techtrance, but turned out to be one of the great pioneers of this style. In the midst of more than 100 releases, there are tracks such as “Imaginary” and “Lose My Mind”, or the Qlimax2010 anthem, which was composed with a live symphony orchestra.

Kungs

To sweeten your Sunday afternoon, the 20-year-old will be onstage to get you in the perfect mood with a set full of House, featuring such hits as “This Girl”, “Do not You Know” Or “I Feel So Bad”.

His career is relatively short, but believe me, the French DJ and producer no longer needs presentations. He has the support of big names like David Guetta, Martin Solveig, The Chainsmokers, Tiësto, and certainly will have one of the best performances of the festival.

San Holo

Unknown by many, the Dutchman is one of the biggest rising stars of electronic music.

He gained international recognition for his remix of Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode”, has the support of artists such as Diplo, Skrillex, Tchami and his songs have already been released in prestigious labels such as OWSLA and Monstercat. You can’t miss San Holo’s performance early Saturday afternoon.

Tiësto

Last but not least, the headliner of the third and final day of the festival.
Considered one of the most important people in the history of electronic music, he is one of the pioneers responsible for the worldwide evolution and growth of this style.

Tiësto became known in the trance world with timeless hits like “Adagio For Strings” or “Lethal Industry”, also being part of the duo Gouryella that, along with Ferry Corsten, completely changed the sonority of Trance and brought it closer to what we know nowadays.

Despite having adopted a more commercial style, the Dutch DJ and producer will present his fans with well-known tracks from his discography, joining his current style with pearls of the past. It will be a unique moment that will join several generations of fans of electronic music in the beach of Figueira da Foz.

These were our 5 choices, but there are other artists that you shouldn’t miss like Laidback Luke, Merk & Kremont, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Timmy Trumpet, and others you already know!
