After the release of The North Borders in 2013, Bonobo is back with his sixth studio album called “Migration”. Just before Migration official release, Bonobo blessed us with a collaboration with Nick Murphy called “No Reason”. It is such a beautiful track which maintains the diverse and mellowed appeal of classic Bonobo, and is gorgeously when played live with his band.

Bonobo explained the inspiration for the new album by saying: “The study of people and spaces.” He continues, “It’s interesting how one person will take an influence from one part of the world and move with that influence and affect another part of the world. Over time, the identities of places evolve.”

Migration is available on Ninja Tune and features many artists like Michael Milosh from the LA-based group Rhye, Australian producer Nick Murphy (Chet Faker), and the vocals of Nicole Miglis of Hundred Waters, among others.
